Structural Characteristics
1. The transfer rubber covered roller adopts gear revolve, stable

adopt two motors for transfer motion, stable transfer, the belt are
durability. 2.The machine top part equip the stainless water dish,
transfer rubber covered roller can clean by itself at the revolve
process; also with the sprinkler systems can wetting the glass
surface before the glass enter the washing part, improve the
washing effect. The metal parts of the washing section which are in
contact with water, all adopt stainless material, with circulating
pump, the water tank can pull out washing, have three levels
washing, when requesting the higher washing effect, two sets of
hairbrush roller at behind have to use running water(purified water
can get the better effect). 3.This type of glass washing machine
transmission is adopt vulcanized rubber cover roller structure

drying system equip two pairs of air knife, a pair of straight air
knife and skew air knife cooperate application, the high-pressure
blower can completely drying the glass surface, large lateral wind
power, good air drying effect. (two cold wind air knife, no need to
heat). Keep after washing product can meet the requirement of the
drying level, the upper air knife through controlling system adjust
lifting, inside maximum opening width is 400mm, is convenience to
adjust the air knife height and degrees, improve the drying effect.
Equip high-pressure blower 22kw, air intake through air filtering,
large wind power, good drying effect, whole bellower is installed
on the top of the drying part, follow the washing and drying part
lifting automatically, to ensure the after washing products can
meet the requirement of the drying level. 6.The machine frame and
other sheet metal parts that are not touching the water, spray the
senior mechanical paint after through the special technology
processing. The paint with strong adhesion, bright durable surface.
The Imported Components
Using imported frequency converter and PLC control system, the
speed of entering and exiting the glass can be adjusted freely, and
the processing of clear glass can be maintained at a constant speed
for a long time.
The 3 Pairs of Rubber Rollers
3 pairs of rubber rollers are used to press the glass sheets, which
can achieve the effect of increasing the pressing strength in
sequence, and the glass thickness tolerance is smaller than other
suppliers.
The High-power Fan
The washing and drying equipment could be equipped with a
high-power fan, the drying effect is better, and the cleaning
effect of the glass is fully guaranteed.
The Gradient Pressing Method
According to the direction from the glass input to the output, the
glass is gradually pressed by using a gradient pressing method. The
