After sales service:

a.Warranty: One year( The wearing parts and grinding tools are out of this range) guarantee the perfect working condition by normally replacing for wearing parts, electric parts and some other parts under the proper operation.

b.LIJIANG has its own after service system. And it can be divided into 3 situations.
① After the machine arriving customer’s factory,LIJIANG can send its engineer to the customers’ factory for machine installation, adjustment and personnel training for free.But the round-trip air ticket, and accommodation will be born by the customer.
② During the warranty period (one year), if there is problems with the equipment and the customer requests the LIJIANG engineer to repair in the factory. The customer is responsible for the round-trip air ticket , no maintenance fee and no spare parts cost (except wearing parts).
③ Outside the warranty (one year), if the equipment appears problems, the customer request LIJIANG to send engineers to the factory for maintenance.The customer should be responsible for round-trip air tickets and accommodation.Also customers need to pay for the LIJIANG daily commission as service and maintance costs, and all parts must be completed paid before the delivery.
