Washing section:
1. It is made of stainless steel, the brush bearing is made of
Harbin stainless steel, which is famous in China;
2.3 pairs of soft brush is equipped with 0.1mm brush wire;

Drying section :
1. The front and rear extrusion wheels are powered to keep
different sizes of glass can pass quickly and smoothly;
2. The new type air knife could adjusts the size of the air vent
through the aluminum duck beak; reduces the number of adjusting
screws, ensures that each screw is not loose, and avoids the
resonance of the air knife.
3. The width of the air knife can be adjusted automatically
according to the thickness of the glass.

1. Firstly, why the double gas filling IG line is chosen by more
and more customers?
Now almost insulating glass factory start to choose the gas filling
IG line, because the people and government they are asking for
energy saving and high quality insulating glass, then the
insulating glass is filling with argon gas, inert gas can be used
for sound insulation, heat insulation, fog prevention and energy
saving.
2. What is the Gas filling IG line with double pressing and
filling?
This is the super speed IG line, it could allow to press and fill
two IG units in the pressing box together, pressing one IG unit
just need 20s. It is dispensable in many large glass processing
factories. Since 2019 year, we sold to Chinese big glass factories,
Korea, America, South America, India, Iran and some Europe
Countries, like Ireland, Romania, Span, Bulgaria and so on.
3. Why the transfer glass on air instead of wheels?
As in some dry place, there are many little dust and sand, it will
pollute glass, when transfer glass, the wheels always leave stamp
on the inside glass. In tropical countries, the weather is too
moist, when washed and dried glass, the glass surface is not easy
to keep completely dry, so wheels still can pollute the glass. If
using AIR to transfer, it will avoid this problem, keep a very high
clean quality.
