The robot uses eight YASKAWA servos, four of them control
transmission parts, in the another four servos, they control
sucker, lifting, driving and revering mechanism and rotating.
The main electrical components are adopted Siemens, SMC and so on
famous spares to maintain more stable performance.

Insulating glass sealant mainly includes three series: polysulfide
glue, silicone glue and polyurethane glue (double-sealed insulating
glass adopts hot-melt butyl glue as the inner seal). Its function
is to provide bonding and sealing performance. , Weather
resistance, aging resistance and certain elastic resistance to
displacement and deformation. For insulating glass with single-pass
sealing, the sealant should also have lower air permeability or
higher gas barrier properties.Insulating glass glue is provided to users in two-component form,
divided into A component and B component, A and B components are
provided in a certain proportion. Among them, the A component
contains high molecular polymer and other coordinating components,
the B component contains curing agent and other coordinating
components, and the A and B components (volume ratio is 10:1) are
uniformly mixed and cured to form an elastomer .
